AAMP CE Workshop Fee: $125 prior to October 23, 2009 - $160 after October 23rd
AAMP Insurance Workshop Fee: $100 prior to October 23, 2009 - $125 after October 23rd
Banquet Fee: $98/person prior to October 23, 2009 - $125 after October 23rd

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If requested in writing prior to October 1, 2009 fees will be refunded less $75 administration fee. No refunds after October 1, 2009.
